I take a lot of pictures each week, even more so since getting a new camera and I don’t always have a post that they fit into in order to share them, which brings me to Tales of The Week, a homonym of our nickname for Taylor [Tails]
I’ll be sharing some of our favourite moments from each week as a nice way to show what we’ve been up to with Taylor, I know this is something his Auntie will enjoy seeing, even if it’s just a day at home on the play mat. 😉
This week I tried T out in the seat unit of our Silver Cross Surf 2 ( review here ) as I couldn’t see him too well in the carrycot, as you can see he spent most of his time staring at his feet with a rather shocked look on his face.
A recent favourite of T’s is his m&p magic stargazer play mat, he spends a good hour kicking away on this mat and shouting his tiny head off, it’s great fun to watch!
T has been busy helping mummy review the Medela pumps, we’ve been using them in preparation of continuing my driving lessons. (Which start this week, yikes!)
My favourite picture from this week, although a poor quality iPhone picture, is this picture of Daddy and T watching Vikings together, they were both completely immersed in it and looked adorable together. I’m not sure either of them even know I managed to sneak a picture!
Our front garden had some much needed TLC this week, whilst we had a few sunny days Tails donned his cute little summer hat and watched me spruce it up, It wasn’t until going through my pictures that I noticed the neighbours cat had also come to join in.
Another favourite of T’s this week is his Sophie teether. She looks lovely, T adores her and it’s his go-to of all things to chew, I just cannot stand the squeaky sound of it rubbing on his gums, it goes through me.
After winding up the traditional mobile for the 5th time in the space of half an hour one morning I finally decided to give-in and buy a battery operated mobile! T loves his new mobile, it plays more than one tune, unlike the tinny repetitive wind-up mobile, and it also has lights that project stars onto the ceiling at night.
Overall it’s been a rather quiet week staying at home, but as the weather gets nicer we’ll be heading out a lot more!
